User Agreement

Welcome to our intelligent device (hereinafter referred to as "the Device"). As a network-dependent smart apparatus, this Device enables remote control through designated mobile applications. By initiating use of the Device, you expressly acknowledge having read, comprehended, and consented to all provisions herein. Immediate cessation of use is required should you dissent from any terms.

1. Operational Parameters

1.1 Network Dependency: The Device's functionality necessitates stable internet connectivity. Users should anticipate potential operational latency, execution failures, or unforeseen technical anomalies arising from network complexities.

1.2 Connectivity Assurance: Users bear sole responsibility for maintaining adequate network infrastructure. The Company disclaims liability for service interruptions attributable to connectivity deficiencies.

2. Liability Framework

2.1 Force Majeure Exclusion: The Company shall not be held accountable for service disruptions including but not limited to network instability, signal degradation, hardware malfunctions, or other uncontrollable contingencies.

2.2 Risk Assumption: Users explicitly accept all operational risks associated with network vulnerabilities, operational errors, or third-party service failures.

2.3 Consequential Damage Waiver: No liability shall attach for direct/indirect damages resulting from improper usage patterns or third-party service interruptions.

3. User Covenants

3.1 Credential Safeguarding: Users must implement rigorous security measures for account credentials. The Company disavows responsibility for breaches arising from credential mismanagement.

3.2 Regulatory Compliance: Usage must strictly adhere to prevailing legislation, with explicit prohibition against unlawful applications.

4. Modification Rights

4.1 Unilateral Revision: The Company reserves exclusive right to amend terms without prior notice, with updated versions published through official digital channels.

4.2 Tacit Consent: Continued usage following amendments constitutes irrevocable acceptance of modified terms.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Interpretative Authority: The Company maintains exclusive jurisdiction over agreement interpretation.

5.2 Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by PRC law. Unresolved disputes shall be adjudicated in the Company's local jurisdiction courts following mandatory mediation attempts.
